Set up a brief phone call with me! During the call we will talk about your goals, your Personal Bests, past training cycles, previous volume and intensity of training, past injuries and so on. I like to know everything I can before writing your training plan! Note: Plans are never written in their entirety, as a runner can change fitness levels many times during a training cycle, causing me to potentially coach them too slow in thier fittest months. There is also no need to know what you need to be doing 3 months down the road. I always have you focus on the now!
STEP 3 - PRICING (All plans include multiple weekly check ins and in person coaching if in LA. Pre workout, Race and Long Run discussion included)
$275 / 3 Months (Weekly multiple check ins from me, Short and Long Term Goal Setting, In person coaching if in the LA area, Unlimited communication with me and ability to call me anytime. Literally!)
$500 / 6 Months (Discounted, Weekly multiple check ins from me, Long Term Goal Setting, Athlete race management and logistics, In Person Coaching if in the LA area, Unlimited communication with me)
